Free Pattern Friday – Brick by Brick Cowl

More like Free Pattern Fri-YAY! This week’s offering is the Brick by Brick Cowl by Patty Olson. Are you ready to add this cute staple into your wardrobe? It is sure to get a compliment wherever you go, no matter how you wear it!

This cowl is a quick knit, making it an ideal gift for fashion-conscious friends or our plan-ahead Christmas gift makers. With slipped stitch details, it’s easier than it looks, so everyone will think you worked really hard on it, too!

We chose summery colors here, but with our wide variety of colors in Deluxe Worsted Superwash, you can combine any two to make it worthy of any season! You could even make a combination to support your favorite sports team, or your local high school.

Personally, I love a striking combo with a color pop, so I would pick 743 Bashful Pink as the stockinette background and use 735 Ebony as the slipped stitched and garter detail.

April’s Spotlight Friday – Beechnut Pullover

Collection Spotlight: Petit Chou

My favorite detail is Cherie’s distinctive pointed ends, designed to resemble the feather fletching on an arrow.

Delfine (above left) is the epitome of elegance, with its graceful, elongated-crescent silhouette, edged in romantic lace. Cloud-like Ombelle bathes the shawlette in a halo of delicate fluff, enhancing the softness and sophistication of the piece. Our love of texture and lace allowed us to use this opportunity to combine our collective passions with our individual styles to create something truly unique. The merino and yak strands of Mongolia 3 bring beautiful stitch definition to this piece, while mini tassels add a touch of whimsy.

March’s Spotlight Friday – Happy Joy Hoodie
